1. Mobile phones may be distracting and dangerous if used while driving. What other distractions may make a driver more liable to have an accident? Make a list of them, and rank them in order from the most dangerously distracting to the least distracting. Then divide the list into those things that you think should be made illegal, and those that are simply inadvisable.
